Punctuation
Dashes (i.e., hyphens preceded and followed by a space) should be entered in your search string. If you enter the string without the hyphen and with the spaces or with a hyphen without spaces before and after it , you will not retrieve the name you are looking for.
EXAMPLE: To find "Associate Director - Queen's Health Policy", do not enter "Associate Director Queen's Health Policy" or "Associate Director-Queen's Health Policy", as your search will fail.

Spaces are considered characters and need to be included in the query. If you inadvertently insert extra spaces, the search will still be successful.
All other punctuation marks, such as periods, English quotation marks, French quotation marks, hyphens, apostrophes, brackets, slashes, question marks and commas, are considered characters and need to be included in the query.
EXAMPLE: To find "Aboriginal/Federal Relations Branch", if you enter "Aboriginal Federal Relations Branch", your search will fail.
